Introducing Christina Paige!

Lisa and I are happy to welcome Christina to Haven. She’ll help out on Saturdays here and there. Lisa helped me find her through the Body Therapy Institute alumni blog.

I searched out Christina for a massage, and once I knew I liked her work, I asked if she would like to get some extra hours with us at Haven.

She is a perfect fit for Haven.

Her demeanor is grounded and calm, which comes through her hands. She stays present during her work and is detail-oriented, which lets me know she is a good listener. Her Reiki training adds depth to her massage, and her deep tissue work really helped release tension in my neck and shoulders.

I admit that I am only bringing in massage therapists that I would like working on me. My standards are very high. I am quite excited that I had the opportunity to be Christina’s first client at my office a few weeks ago.

Christina will be helping us on a couple of Saturdays a month from 3-7 pm when Lisa and I can’t fit clients into our schedule. She will have openings on July 12 and August 9. If you are interested, text the office at 919-841-9256, and I will get you booked with her.
